1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing jeetbut.net, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the jeetbut platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. This agreement is effective from the moment you first access jeetbut.net.

These Terms & Conditions apply in conjunction with jeetbut's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotion terms published on the site. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence for that promotion only.

2. Age Restriction & Eligibility

If jeetbut has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has provided false age information, jeetbut reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, void all bets placed during the period of underage use, withhold all winnings associated with the underage period, and report the matter to relevant authorities as required by applicable regulations.

3. Account Registration & KYC

To use jeetbut's full range of services — including placing bets, accessing live casino games, and making deposits and withdrawals — you must register a jeetbut account. Registration is free of charge and open to eligible players across Bangladesh, including those residing in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Rangpur, Barisal, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you will be required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, a Bangladeshi mobile phone number, and your preferred payment method. 3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player may hold exactly one active jeetbut account at any time. This policy is enforced across name, device, IP address, email address, phone number, and payment method. Circumventing this policy — including by registering multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and permanent forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

• Verified accounts requesting withdrawal via bKash or Nagad are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes during operating hours
• Bank transfer withdrawals may require 1–3 business days
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete; unverified accounts will have withdrawals held pending document review
• Any active bonus wagering requirement must be fulfilled in full before a withdrawal can be processed against bonus-derived funds
• jeetbut reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing large withdrawal amounts

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are awarded to one account per household, IP address, device, and payment method
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players registering their first jeetbut account only — existing players and players who have previously held a jeetbut account are not eligible
• Bonus funds and free bets cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used to place bets on behalf of another person
• jeetbut reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice
• Bonuses not claimed within the specified validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which specify how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be bet before the resulting funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements for each promotion are stated in the promotion-specific terms. Standard wagering requirements on jeetbut range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type. 5.3 Responsible Bonus Use

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a jeetbut player, you agree to use the platform lawfully, responsibly, and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account action, which may include suspension, closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC, or support interaction
• Registering or operating more than one jeetbut account
• Using jeetbut for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to jeetbut's systems, software, or databases
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to place bets, access games, or interact with the platform
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or tournament
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or display errors ("bugs") for financial gain — any winnings resulting from a confirmed software error may be voided
• Sharing your jeetbut account credentials with any third party or allowing any other person to use your account
• Making deposits using payment methods that are not registered in your own name
• Attempting to manipulate sports betting markets through the placement of coordinated bets

jeetbut reserves the right to investigate any account activity it reasonably suspects breaches these obligations. During an active investigation, jeetbut may temporarily restrict account access, freeze withdrawals, and place a hold on account balances. The outcome of an investigation may result in permanent account closure and law enforcement referral where warranted.

7. Game Rules & Betting Rules

All games available on jeetbut — including slots, live casino titles, crash games, and sports betting markets — are governed by the rules of the respective game provider and jeetbut's own platform rules. In the event of a conflict, jeetbut's platform rules take precedence.

7.1 Casino Games

• Evidence of match-fixing or corrupt activity is identified by a recognised sports integrity body
• The bet was placed after the event or market had already been settled

All sporting results are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., Bangladesh Cricket Board, ICC, FIFA). In-play markets are settled on the result at the time the market is closed. Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) is used as the reference time for all event scheduling and settlement.

7.3 Maximum Winnings

jeetbut applies maximum payout limits per bet, per day, and per game category. Specific limits are published within each game and market. jeetbut reserves the right to limit the maximum bet size for any player, game, or market at its discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

jeetbut reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe the account is being used in breach of these Terms & Conditions, applicable law, or in a manner that is harmful to jeetbut or other players.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their jeetbut account voluntarily — whether for personal reasons or as a responsible gaming measure — may do so by contacting the jeetbut support team. Before closure is completed, all active bets will be settled, and any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to KYC verification being complete.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their wellbeing may request a self-exclusion through the jeetbut responsible gaming tools. Self-exclusion periods are available for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the player will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. jeetbut will make reasonable efforts to ensure that self-excluded players do not receive marketing communications during the exclusion period. 8.3 Suspension by jeetbut

In cases of confirmed or suspected fraud, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, money laundering, use of automated betting tools, or any other material breach of these Terms & Conditions, jeetbut may immediately suspend a player account without notice. Suspended accounts will have all pending withdrawals frozen pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, jeetbut reserves the right to close the account permanently and forfeit all balances. jeetbut's decisions regarding account action are final.
